RED LINE screening, recruitment and computerized data with photograph – A complete screening of the security personal before appointment is the most important step in screening process. This also includes submission of local and native address of the security personal along with police verification and finger prints if applicable.
RED LINE security staff is immaculately dressed in perfect uniform with their photo identity card and proper grooming. Guards are provided with all kind of Gears & additional wears for winter and monsoon seasons. Client should provide the essential tools for performing the security duties (For Clients Official/Documentation Purpose)

In order to avoid undue familiarity and acquaintance RED LINE rotates its personal on regular basis. In case of client dissatisfaction we promise to change the staff immediately within 24 hours which is merely a phone call away. RED LINE Billing and Payments:
We shall be billing to our clients on the 25th of every month to ensure timely payment to our guarding personnel. Our payments should be released within the stipulated time otherwise this would result in additional 18% interest p.a. basis on the total bill or arrears if any. If the client Cheque is disqualified then we retain the discretion to terminate the contract without giving further reasons. In addition the client should not deduct any amount arbitrarily from our monthly billing without our prior concurrence except TDS. Prior to any deduction, the client has to send a written communication on the official letter head and obtain our permission for the deductions if any.
